11 Dec 2016: The Bethel Presbyterian Church Singapore 新加坡長老會伯特利堂 celebrated its 133rd anniversary this year. Prior to this recent upgrade, the sound system for the 500 pax seating capacity main sanctuary consisted of 4 units of 12” loudspeakers with 2 units of 15” subwoofers plus 4 units of 8” satellite loudspeakers. Sound from the main sanctuary was sent to the 300 pax seating capacity annex hall via a unit of high SPL double 15” loudspeaker. The walls were treated with full-fledge fiber wool acoustic panels to absorb the bounces in both the halls.

The system upgrade consists of:
With the new GECKO® C.R.I.S.T.A.L.® Audiophile system installed - easy operation, lower maintenance and running cost, improved clarity and intelligibility, balanced and equal volume coverage has been achieved, and howlings eliminated while meeting OSHA and WSHC safety standards.
