29 Aug 2018: The Singapore River Safari is Asia’s first and only river-themed wildlife park. Occupying 12 hectares and developed at S$160 million, the park is home to 400 plant species and over 8,700 aquatic and terrestrial animals representing close to 260 species, including one of the world’s largest collections of freshwater animals.
During their recent selection process for an audio solution for their Boat Plaza, GECKO® C.R.I.S.T.A.L.® Audiophile sound system was selected and adopted into the park.
“When the Singapore River Safari invited us on board to propose a solution for their Boat Plaza, we were glad to present to them the extremely reliable GECKO® C.R.I.S.T.A.L.® Audiophile equipment for their consideration, of which they tested and accepted. We installed the REVELATION SR 612RF 12” C.R.I.S.T.A.L.® Audiophile loudspeakers and wired them together with our compact format EXODUS ATOM MXR 1208A active C.R.I.S.T.A.L.® Audiophile mixing consoles using TRUTH series audiophile-grade cables, the venue is now ready for C.R.I.S.T.A.L.® clear sound that everyone can enjoy! For the hosts, we custom-designed-and-built our latest (world's first) hybrid PASSION wireless microphone system that fuses the best of both analog and digital technologies to deliver the best natural tone of their voices wirelessly in this modern digital era that is filled with digital interferences,” said Eric Wong, Founder and Chief Sound Engineer of United Records.
