Peter Tan 陳彼得, a recording artist, celebrity judge, vocal instructor and founder of The Music Clinic Pte. Ltd. Peter is a familiar face on the judging of music-related competitions on Singapore's national TV. Local and regional artists who have come under his mentorship include celebrities Stefanie Sun 孫燕姿, Vincy Chan 泳兒, Kelly Poon 潘嘉麗, Jocie Kok 郭美美, Felicia Chin 陳鳳玲, and Fiona Xie 謝宛諭, to name a few.
